Returns & Refunds

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, I'm here to help.

Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging. Art prints must be returned undamaged and unframed.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact me at abnerharris@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. I'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Refund Process

Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately with photos. I'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
